What is NR (Nicotinamide Riboside)?
Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) is a form of vitamin B3 and a precursor to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), an essential coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism and many other cellular processes.
The body can produce NAD+ through several pathways using different precursors. NR enters a well-characterized pathway that allows cells to convert it into NAD+.
What is NAD+?
NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme found throughout the body. It is required for fundamental metabolic reactions that help cells convert nutrients into usable energy and also participates in processes involving cellular signaling, DNA repair, and normal cellular maintenance.
Because NAD+ is continually used and recycled, the body must also continually replenish it.
Why does NADURA Core use Nicotinamide Riboside?
Nicotinamide Riboside has been studied in multiple human clinical trials and has been shown to increase NAD+ availability in humans.
We selected NR because it has an established biochemical pathway, a meaningful body of human research, and fits our approach of using focused, transparent formulations rather than unnecessarily complex ingredient blends.
How does NAD+ relate to healthy aging?

What is in NADURA Core?
NADURA Core is intentionally simple. Each daily serving provides 300 mg of Nicotinamide Riboside (NR).

How should I take NADURA Core?
Take one tablet daily, following the directions on the product label. NADURA Core may be incorporated into your normal daily routine, and taking it at approximately the same time each day can make consistent use easier.

Is NADURA Core a stimulant?
No. Nicotinamide Riboside is not a stimulant, and NADURA Core does not rely on caffeine or other stimulants to provide its NAD+ precursor support.

Quality and product verification are central to our manufacturing process. Finished NADURA products are subject to established release requirements that include identity, potency, microbiological quality, heavy-metal limits, appearance, and required lot documentation before final release.
